At Sea Change Therapies, we're building a professional community for counsellors and mental health professionals in the East Neuk and beyond—a space for reflection, shared learning, and meaningful connection.

Monthly Peer Supervision Group
A space for experienced therapists to bring cases, share challenges, and support one another's professional development. Please get in touch if you're interested.

Workshops

Working with Difference in a Therapeutic Relationship. We ran our first workshop on working with difference — including how we navigate cultural, personal, relational, and neurodivergent identities in therapeutic relationships — last year, and it won't be the last. Further dates are being planned — register your interest by getting in touch and we'll keep you informed.

Working with Trauma in a Therapeutic Relationship (coming soon). Our next workshop is currently in development, exploring how we engage with trauma in therapeutic relationships. Details will be announced shortly — contact us to register your interest.

Placements at Sea Change

Are you a trainee counsellor looking for a placement that genuinely supports your development?

We offer placements to trainee therapists who share our values — people who are curious, committed, and care about accessible, community-rooted mental health support.

 

With us, you'll work with clients in a warm, professionally supervised environment, gaining the client hours you need to progress toward qualification. You'll receive clinical group supervision, be part of a supportive team, and have the opportunity to develop your practice within a service that puts people before profit.

Therapy Room Rental

A professional, welcoming space for your client work.

Our therapy room at Bass Rock Business Park in St Monans is available for therapy sessions, supervision, or small group work, at rates designed to be accessible for practitioners at all stages of their career.

The space can be rented hourly, half-day, full-day, or on a flexible basis depending on your needs and room availability. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and ensure the space is right for you.
