I believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable for anyone who needs to access it.

Usual rates are between £40-£50 per session, but I welcome enquiries to discuss individual circumstances.​

Sessions can be paid for in a block up-front which will include a discount, or on a session-by-session basis to be paid at the time of the session.

As with counselling, I believe that EMDR should be accessible to those seeking to recover from trauma or other difficult life circumstances.

I charge £60-£70 per session, depending on circumstances.

Sessions can be paid for individually at the time of the session, or in a block, which would include a negotiated discount.

I charge qualified counsellors and organisations £50 per hour.

I charge counselling students £40 per hour.

Under individual circumstances there may be scope for a time-limited reduction in cost.
