Fees

We believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable for anyone who needs to access it.​

We have a tier system where those who can afford more, pay an hourly fee that is comparable to private therapy. Those on middle/low incomes pay a reduced cost per session and those on low income/benefits pay a small sum per session. We have a small number of sessions at no cost for those in need.

As with counselling, we believe that EMDR should be accessible to those seeking to recover from trauma or other difficult life circumstances.

​

Accessing EMDR through the NHS is difficult, and private EMDR can be prohibitively expensive. Instead we charge a fair fee per session. Please contact us to discuss.

Sessions can be paid for individually at the time of the session, or in a block, which would include a negotiated discount.

We charge qualified counsellors and organisations £50 per hour.

​

We charge counselling students £40 per hour.

​

Under individual circumstances there may be scope for a time-limited reduction in cost.

Students that come to us on placement  whilst at college or university, will receive their supervision free, as part of their placement.
