At Sea Change Therapies, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported. We are a not-for-profit organisation offering affordable, trauma-informed counselling and EMDR in the East Neuk of Fife

and online further afield.

Rooted in our local community, we aim to make emotional support accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. By offering low-cost sessions, we hope to remove barriers that can prevent people from getting the help they need.

Our work is grounded in compassion, respect, and inclusivity.

We’re committed to fostering emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth

by providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space

where you can explore what’s happening in your life.

As a trauma-informed service, we recognise the impact that past experiences can have on present difficulties. We work sensitively and collaboratively, helping you to build a sense of safety, choice, and empowerment throughout the counselling process.

People come to us for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship or career challenges, or simply with a desire to understand themselves better. Whatever brings you here, your experiences are unique - and we’ll work together in a way that honours that.

Sessions are available in person at our comfortable therapy room at

Bass Rock Business Park, St Monans, or online via Google Meet or Teams,

whichever feels most supportive for you.
