Sea Change is a confidential counselling service for adults and provides an opportunity to share experiences or emotions which may be impacting on, or interfering with, daily living.

We recognise people as individuals and therefore your experiences will be unique.

Due to the emotions and the experiences we face on a daily basis there is an extensive range of reasons why someone may wish to access counselling including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, bereavement, or career issues.

 

Counselling can help to assist you in gaining an insight into what is concerning you,

giving you the opportunity to explore and understand your own needs

and discover a way to move forward.

Sessions can be in person, at our dedicated therapy room at

Bass Rock Business Park, St Monans, or online via Teams or WhatsApp.
